⚠️ Please Note: Our 90-day refund guarantee applies only to orders of 2-month and 3-month supply packs, as this is typically the minimum time required to experience full benefits. Refunds are not available for 1-month supply purchases.
Why This Policy Exists
Our microneedle patches are designed to support your metabolism gradually, with consistent use over several weeks. Most users begin noticing changes between weeks 6 and 8. To give the product a fair chance to work, we limit refunds to orders that cover this usage period.
How to Request a Refund
To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within 90 days of your order date, and your purchase must have been a 2- or 3-month supply. We’re unable to process refunds for 1-month supply purchases.
When preparing your return, please include any unused patches from your order. If you’ve already used them all, simply include any undisposed used patches you may still have. Including the original packaging is helpful, but not required—if you’ve already discarded the boxes, just contact us for guidance.
Be sure to include the following information inside your return package:
• Your Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
• Full Name
• Shipping Address
• Email Address and Phone Number

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds.
